Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

An official source for pre-built ODK Central container images was just released:

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Our custom dockerfile and build workflow can be removed.
  • Official images referenced in docker compose as drop in replacements.
  • Ensure no issues with custom cert setup for HTTPS.
  • Upgrade to Central to latest version.
