Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

  • Python 3.13 was out a few days ago.
  • 3.12 was released about a year ago now.
  • Most packages should support it if we do some small upgrades.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Upgrade to Python 3.12.
