Switching enrollment chart between quarters doesn't work reliably on Drops mode #64

Only reproducible during enrollment season.

  1. Find a class that's offered next quarter and go to that page. Example: https://hotseat.io/courses/3073/instructors/2760
  2. Switch chart to previous quarter.
  3. Switch to Drops mode.
  4. Switch chart back to next quarter.
  5. The chart disappears. JavaScript console shows: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')

When in Drops mode, the picker should hide quarters that don't have Drops data (like the next quarter).
