Dynamic count

What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

Add the option for dynamic counts. Allow store users to initiate a count where they can submit either a variance or a count for a given product.

To start a dynamic count users can click on the flash FAB on the bottom right of their screen.

It'll open a modal where they can enter their count name. Name will be pre-populated similar to when admin creates a count

On the count details screen for a dynamic count, users will be able to select for each item if they are logging a variance or submitting an absolute count for a product.

If the user revisits a product and changes the type of data submitted from count or variance, then the latest submission will override the previous submission.
