Steps to Reproduce

Place a BOPIS order and select a pickup facility.
Have the order rejected by the selected facility.
Receive the rejection email with a link to the re-route fulfillment app.
Open the re-route fulfillment app via the provided link.
Observe the store pickup modal for available facilities.

Expected Behavior

The store pickup modal should exclude the facility that rejected the order, allowing the user to select a different, available facility.

Actual Behavior

The rejected facility is still visible in the store pickup modal, potentially leading to user confusion or the selection of a facility that has already declined the order.
