How to scroll "resources" horizontally and keep the time column intact?

I'm using the "resources" feature. And the number of resources is up to 15-30. On the phone screen, the column will be minimized and the event cannot be seen. Is there a way to set the width of the column = 80 and if there are many columns, we can scroll horizontally but keep the time column fixed?

It would be great if there were that feature. Thank you.
