Currently, we have to specify worker_count even if we provide a list of wkr_instance_types. E.g.

worker_count       = 11
wkr_instance_types = [
 
     # picasso masters
         "m5.4xlarge",
         "m5.4xlarge",
         "m5.4xlarge",
     
     # picasso workers
         "m5.8xlarge",
         "m5.8xlarge",
         "m5.8xlarge",
         "m5.8xlarge",
         "m5.8xlarge",

     # MLOPS workers
         "m5.4xlarge",
         "m5.4xlarge",
         "m5.4xlarge",
        
]

We shouldn't need to manually specify worker_count in this case, it should be calculated.
