Hi all!

In 3par there is limitation to amount of characters in VV name, 31 symbol.

Using all 31 symbol in VV by driver makes it impossible to create snapshots, cos they need different name. Most popular pattern for snapshots is @vvname@ + timestamp, but it breaks limits.

Is it somehow possible to decrease amount of symbols in VV name?

Create the snapshots from Kubernetes and you won't have this problem. It's not recommended to create manual snapshots on the array in this situation.
