Settings Page workflow : Update and Upload button

To update personal information, a User has to change fields than click update. But to change his personal picture, he needs to choose it from the local files, then click upload. I would expect both update and upload to be merged in a single button, that does both

I also fin it weird, that in settings, we do not see directly our personal info and profile picture, we have to click on edit to see it
