hprose-php作为客户端 hprose-python作为服务端
hprose-php as client, hprose-python as server

python error
code 400, message Bad request syntax ('\x00\x00\x00\x19Cs8"hyperLPR"a1{s3"123"}z')

我觉得是编码问题，但是我不知道怎么改

python 服务器只支持 http。你的 php 客户端用的不是 http 的，你用的是 tcp 的，所以不能互通。
