Refine module and fix minor issues

Some minor issues I noticed which we need to fix:

• Recalibrate the timing mentioned in module
• Match all the names for the data and the modules
• Restructure the data repository
• Decide structure for Collab and .ipynb linking
• FIXME: home page introduction left out in the homepage
• The link for HSF training home in CONTRIBUTING.md is broken (this extends to a lot of other hsf-training repositories too).
• Wrong formatting for issues URL in README.md
• Reduce image size all over the module (reopened in Reduce size of images in the module #60)
• Add information to the CITATION file (reopened in [DOCS] Add information to the CITATION file #61)
• Also adding the dump for make lesson-check: (obsolete now, needs to be checked after updating the module)
