Cannot compile the new code if pulling from an old code #18

If a linking error appears when trying to compile the latest version after a pull from an old version, it is needed to clone the whole repository again.
Yesterday I solved it on ergocub-torso just by erasing the CommandInterface_index.txt file, but now I am not really sure what caused it.
