after router.refresh(), click Modal's button won't popup the dialog

1. click the "Open modal" button, a dialog pop up, id is data-hs-overlay="#myid-1"
2. click the "save changes" button, invoke a fetch method, when success, invoke router.refresh(),
3. the page will refresh, and the id is changed to data-hs-overlay="#myid-2"
4. and i click the "Open modal" button, the dialog won't popup this time unless window.location.reload();
