MathJax使用了 cloudflare 的 CDN https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/mathjax/2.7.7/latest.js?config=TeX-AMS-MML_HTMLorMML
但是现在，此JS文件（在大陆）已经不可以访问。

可以在 conf.py 中增加

mathjax_path = 'https://cdn.rawgit.com/mathjax/MathJax/2.7.1/MathJax.js'

希望有人能提个pr
