Any way to use the Concat demuxer?

Hi,

is there a simple way to add support for the Concat demuxer?
This would need to generate a temp file somewhere and looks like its not yet doable ? It would safe a lot of time on reencoding though...

Any ideas?

@simonbuehler I have that as separate right now, We do support the input extension of .txt for the concat demuxer. I am open to it's inclusion in the project
