Given: RGBD image
Output: Surface pixels, Equation of ground plane OR point cloud of surface points.

Approaches:

  • Generate point cloud -> use RANSAC to get equation of the ground plane,
  • Cluster points belonging to same surface.
  • Occupancy grid map.
