Probably will need sub-tasks here, currently doing linting on all new PRs, will check after first run of migration of files from previous sites for actionable issues.

currently there are no errors for WCAG2AA with 5 warnings related to Mapbox attributes.

leaving this open until all new features are added. Lighthouse report added in b701bc4

This is a wrapper issue. Check Google Developer Tools Lighthouse report for specifics.

Color contrast issues are noted in #80.
