devops: preconfigured and funded wallets

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The docker image still require some manual config on the wallets for lightning and monero.
Also update documentation to expose ports. Something like docker run --expose=6788-6799 -it /bin/bash so that the dev never needs to enter the image.

• documentation for exposing ports
• documentation for mounting to local filesystem for ide use
• configurable clone repo for working with forks
