Issues while setting up fortify collector

I have downloaded the fortify collectore and configured the below application.properties.
dbname=dashboarddb
#dbusername=dbuser
#dbpassword=dbpassword
dbhost=localhost
dbport=27017
dbreplicaset=false
dbhostport=localhost:27017
server.port=8083

Collector schedule (required)

fortify.cron=0 0/5 * * * *

Fortify server(s) (required) - Can provide multiple

fortify.servers[0]=http://fortify.tl.com/ssc

Fortify tokens to connect to authenticated url

fortify.tokens[0]=

fortify.usernames=XXXX
fortify.passwords=XXXX

On starting the server, it says 'No Fortify Server Configured'.

Can someone please guide through the steps to configure fortify collectore or share any relevant link
