i ran hyp seed on my server and on my local i ran above command it throws me the error

how does one enable debugging on hypercore?

I get this message when attempting to fetch a block that previously failed. The command immediately prints the "Block not available from peers" message without even attempting to fetch the resource, which I can get from another machine.
