Manually Mapping the Unit Type

When using tonic_build::manual::*, how do you specify or map to the unit type (e.g. ()). I've tried specifying .output_type("()"), but that doesn't work. It can be generated from the *.proto which specifies google.protobuf.Empty, so there must be some way to do it. I couldn't find anything in examples or documentation. I didn't see any tests or uses in the code either, but I might have missed it.
