Error running plugin in IntelliJ #21

I'm getting the following error in IntelliJ 2017.3:

4:48 PM	Plugin Error
				Problems found loading plugins:
				Plugin "Galen Specs Language Support" was not loaded: required plugin "org.eclipse.xtext.idea" not installed.

I don't see org.eclipse.xtext.idea as a plugin that I can install, unfortunately. Any ideas?

It can be downloaded manually from here and put in plugins folder of IntelliJ
https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/8072-xtext-idea-core

strange, should be installed automatically...
