Mumble [global] shortcuts

I was copy-pasting from obs example:

bind = SUPER, F10, pass, ^(com\.obsproject\.Studio)$
bind = SUPER, F10, pass, ^(info\.mumble\.Mumble)$

But when I'm trying to set shortcut inside mumble pressing F10 does nothing, I don't think it's even a global shortcut issue since mumble won't recognize any keys (besides space, enter, esc, tab, etc) when trying to set shortcut.

I was able to set shortcut keys in KDE but still can't use them in hyprland.
