Transparent screenshare/screenshot support

Description

I would like to see a config entry that allows for the use of buffer formats that support transparency.
This is to allow for the wlr screencopy protocol to actually show transparency.
As discussed in DMs, Said buffer entries will cause a performance hit and will likely rarely be used.

However since hyprland is "an independent, highly customizable, dynamic tiling Wayland compositor that doesn't sacrifice on its looks." i would expect vaxry to let the end user be an idiot if they choose to be one for the sake of looks.

Because i would argue that this is in the same vein as blur, shadows, animations.
