hyprexpo: Little delay for opening menu again after selecting a workspace

After you select a workspace, you can't open hyprexpo for ~0.5 seconds

This is an issue to me, sometimes I can missclick on other workspace, and I have to wait for this delay to open menu again and select correct workspace

If I was that smart in c++ stuff, I would try to make it to cancel animation that is currently running and start opening animation instead
