To make it easier to install SalmonTE a Bioconda package (https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes) would be great.

I can work on making the Bioconda package. As a starter a release on Github would be much appreciated @hyunhwaj . This allows to have a stable url for downloading the repository as a zip.

@bgruening I merely had a chance for this issue, but as @egeogretmen commented, we can work on this soon.

How to download SalmonTE from bioconda?

@Xiaofei-git unfortunately it hasn't been implemented on bioconda yet. There are a couple of technical issues that need to be resolved, and I was busy for other projects after I have moved to another institute. It is still on my TODO list. Please keep watching it.
