Describe the issue

I am unable to break blocks on the other side of immersive portals, regardless of if the portal crosses dimensions or stays within the same dimension. This prevents movement through dimension stack as blocks lining the next lower dimension will appear to break then immediately replace itself. This behavior happens in both creative and survival mode.

Blocks can still be placed and otherwise interacted with through portals as expected.

There are no other mods installed except for Cloth Config API (Fabric/Forge/NeoForge) version 13.0.138 for Minecraft 1.20.4.

NeoForge modloader version is 20.4.237

In the config JSON, "enableCrossPortalInteraction" is set to "true."
