Support faceted search on resources based on tags, supported formatters.

Filter resources:
creation date: today, this week, this month, last 3 months, last year, ...
updated date: today, this week, this month, last 3 months, last year, ...
creator department
most used: today, this week, this month, last 3 months, last year, ...

Sort:
creation date, updated date, creator, creator department, usage count

Possibly changes in core are needed to accomodate this change.
