language and quantifiable habit

1. language can set separately in the app, don't follow the system language
2. there is not many frequency choices for quantifiable habit as yes or no habit. My habit is to be executed once a week, no less than 14 unit, this means I only execute this habit 1 time and that 1 time's output is more than 14 unit, NOT the total of that week, like 3 efforts in total more than 14, no. I want the frequency choices is same as yes or no
