Prerequisite: #829

The @itwin/unified-selection package replaces the selection-related APIs from @itwin/core-frontend, that are currently used by UnifiedSelectionContext in @itwin/presentation-components. All these APIs in @itwin/presentation-frontend and @itwin/presentation-components should be deprecated in favor of the ones in @itwin/unified-selection.
