[FEATURE] Lint Python scripts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Ignitionlint currently doesn't lint scripts found in the Project Library or embedded in views (buttons, etc.)

Describe the solution you'd like

• Create a solution to lint Python scripts with Pylint (using python 2, of course)
  • This will involve having some sort of pylintrc file already embedded within the tool
• Consider having a standard pylintrc file if none is provided, but also allow the user to insert their own, if they have one in their repo
• The runner that takes this action will need to have py2 support in order to lint in py2. It may need to be explicitly installed
• Send the standard pylint output to the action log, if there are errors. If there are no errors, job should pass.
