I have successfully connected to my c9 instance and added one of my environments to my workspace. Whenever I open a file and/or switch between files in the explorer, the current file is marked as "changed" no matter what. The "x" close icon next to the file name changes to the filled circle and hitting ctrl+s then takes it back to the "x". But then clicking on a different tab and back brings it back to its changed state. This makes it hard to know which files actually are unsaved.

This is likely happening because it's doing a full file remote lookup to make sure we're in sync with the servers' "live" version. The change to fix probably means we'll compare with the active document before applying and if it's the same, ignore the update.
