fold out glossary entry in index by default #1187

Users of the glossary have requested that the glossary entry should be visible by default when a glossary link is opened from a charter (e.g. in https://www.monasterium.net/mom/index/IllUrkGlossar/ZeichnerderDouairesvonPhilippeVI?pm=charter).
