No buttons appear on Console

Folks:
I cannot see any buttons on my Groovy console in my Production environment. I entered a case with Adobe, and they were unable to help me. They suggested that I try to recreate the issue on my local install, but my local install behaves fine.
The attached doc shows the package and bundle versions as well the the console screenprints. The versions of the package and bundles are identical between the two environments.
