Add PCA plot overlay #17

When user click term, in both main view and result view, it should display a new PCA plot.

There are two types of images:

go:111111.growth.png for growth rate
go:111111.gi.png for genetic interactions

For main view, it should be displayed in the property panel, and on the result view, it will display as a pop-up window.

This also requires new service returning PNG images.
