In the original Hofree et al. paper they manage to show the distinct network modules associated with each cluster.
"We identified genes for which the network-smoothed mutation state differs significantly
for patients of that subtype versus the others."
Is the code for that embedded somewhere in the Python version as well. If so, where exactly? If not, is there a fairly quick way to receive these distinct modules?
