Description

Using the Overscroll Glow plugin when the glow is visible and user quickly scrolls in the opposite direction the canvas remains visible and elements underneath cannot be interacted with.

Steps to Reproduce

Scroll to the top/bottom to trigger glow.
While still visible quickly scroll the opposite direction.
