Reviews with spoilers on the main page can be truncated without indication

Viewing Dan Fabulich's review of The Little Match Girl at the Battle of the Gray Peaks on its main page, it ends with a spoiler tag. When you expand it, only a few words of the spoiler are revealed, and there's no indication there's more text.

On the individual review's page, the spoiler tag expands correctly.

• Include full spoiler text in the page.
• Add a "Read full review" link at the end of a partially-expanded spoiler.
