Consider using fix for sub-stepping (#209) for chemistry.
It's probably not needed for oxidation reaction. Ambient air temperature is used only to evaluate reaction constants and the changes are not significant.
It could be useful for the Henry's law calculations. But it requires doubling(!!!) the number of SD's attributes as you have to remember the ambient air trace gases for each SD.
