The simulation runs well if I set the latent heat flux to 50 W/m2 instead of the 93 W/m2 (which is the DYCOMS setup value).
Since the simulations stalls, I'm guessing it's the saturation adjustment scheme. I'll look into it some more. Maybe we get too much saturation in the lower levels with the default setup?
