Hi igordot,

m_t2g <- msigdbr(species = "Homo sapiens", category = "C2") %>%
dplyr::select(gs_name, entrez_gene)

Would you please have a look why this pathway: WP_EXTRAFOLLICULAR_AND_FOLLICULAR_B_CELL_ACTIVATION_BY_SARS_COV_2 is not include in m_t2g? This tool is great. Thank you so much!
