toot setting not found in homebrew and pip3

I use Ubuntu 22.04 and follow this documentation (https://toot.bezdomni.net/settings.html). So, I tried to change the settings on homebrew or pip3. But, it is not found. What do you think?

Understood, So, I just copy relevant command that I desired and then the result will be reflected automatically. Is that so?
