Method to load decrypted titlekey + get encrypted titlekey back

Needs to accept a title id and common key index. Not entirely sure about the design here; maybe the title id and common key index can be stored in the CryptoEngine object, maybe the encrypted key should also be stored (and generated once the decrypted key is loaded), maybe something else I've not thought about yet.
