Only set normal key when Key Y is set #19

Apparently this is what the 3DS's aes hardware does. https://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/AES_Registers#Hardware_key_generator

The hardware key generator is triggered by writing the keyY, which is the only way to trigger it with the 3DS keyslots.

I wonder what this would break though? Maybe put this behind an arg or something?
