Keyboard Controls broken?

Keyboard Controls will not be loaded after game is reopend even if the settings file does have my controls saved idk how to fix this or why?

EDIT: (I'm Editing this post to say I searched the project dir and found the Code for controls so I changed the default that the game uses before any else are set and edited it to what I liked. Which is "WASD = Move Up = A left = B Down = X Rigth = Y")

I resolved the issue for my self but I'll leave this post open incase any one has the problem I can help if its not fixed...
