With the transition away from Python 2.7-based KA Lite increasingly now upon us:

Question for @tim-moody:

Should kolibri_install: False and kolibri_enabled: False now be added to... ?

...and possibly to others too? (e.g. if a few people remain unready for the transition to Kolibri, even despite having plenty of RAM — i.e. almost any hardware except for Raspberry Pi Zero W and Zero 2 W should now work well with Kolibri.)

Relevant: Recent versions of Ubuntu and Mint have already made KA Lite de facto impossible (arguably for very good reason, almost 5 years after Python 2.7 end-of-life!) Whereas Debian 13 "Trixie" and Raspberry Pi OS 13 "Trixie" will do likewise shortly (by/around mid-2025) so we should begin to think over how to navigate the consequences...

My view is that neither kalite or kolibri should have install or enabled true in default vars, so that there is no need to turn them off in local vars where they are not wanted, such as none, medical, or starter.
