Add support for TV series rename #2
Comments
You can have a try Advanced Renamer It should be the strongest renaming tool currently available, supporting importing TV series information from tvmaze.com to rename videos. The new version seems to have removed this feature. You can use versions before 3.9. I tested version 3.85 and can obtain episode information from tvmaze.com. |
I was already using Advanced Renamer for many years now 😂. But the last version to have TV rename support contain few minor but annoying bugs. Recently, the dev returned after a long break with a new update which removed TV rename support. So I tried to move to an opensource alternative. Then I realized I need two renamer app to replace Advanced renamer 😅. |
Okay, I will try to add this feature |
Sorry, The function can't be completed, The TVDB's official website is blocked in China, so I applied for TMDB's apikey, although I can open TMDB's official website normally in China, but unfortunately the website is also in the blocked list, I can't connect to https://api.themoviedb.org to get any data. If you are using Kodi, Synology NAS, Plex Server, Emby Server, Infuse, Nplayer, you can apply for free TMDB apikey to get the stored video information. |
能否增加对文件夹名称的操作 |
点击左边菜单下面的“添加文件夹”就可以给文件夹重命名了 |
Please, add support for TV/Web series rename like TV Rename, which uses The TVDB for data. Additionally, function to automatically sort to episode number so wrong title is not assigned.
I don't want to use a different renamer app, just for renaming TV series - a feature I may use once or twice a year. Also, TV Rename is a media management tool where I just want to simply rename episodes.
