cli opt -genImage not working?

I assume genImage should generate image without running a server. However it's not the case with rover -genImage -planPath plan.json

It should run the server but then terminate shortly after starting, and save the generated image to whatever directory rover is being run from.

I ran this command but the svg image is no where to be found
docker run --rm -v $(pwd)/plan.json:/src/plan.json im2nguyen/rover:latest -planJSONPath=plan.json -genImage=true
