Go-CQHTTP已经归档下线，可否支持同上游的onebot接入呢？ #31

onebot好像就连格式也差不多是一样的，并且go-cqhttp不再以后有好多个项目例如llonebot napcat ws-plugin 这种都是基于onebot协议通讯的好像把onebot兼容就能兼容原来的gocqhttp，但是亲测gocqhttp的协议发送给onebot那边的会发送不过去
