Replace kevva libraries bin-build bin-check bin-wrapper

Because of this vulnerability on cross-spawn (link: https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-3xgq-45jj-v275) and the kevva libraries not being actively maintained (see issues: kevva/bin-build#23 and kevva/bin-check#5) I suggest finding a replacement for those three libraries, in order to remove the dependency on the old version of execa (which depends on the vulnerable version of cross-spawn) and fix the vulnerability issue.
